Please ensure all apparel remains in its original condition, free of fragrances or alterations, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' section to request a return authorization for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all herbal-infused fabric tags and promotional inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
